A casino where your paytables in the High Limit Pit are 7-5 for JOB, is a casino to stay away from and look elsewhere!! This place is here to make as much money as possible from you. I have no idea what their regular slots are set at but it can't be more than 80%? Their comps are terrible, I would spend a few nights there and never got a comp back to stay there from them! Their Food Court is disgusting, pizza is to throw up to! Their prices are ridiculous! The hotel rooms are nice but enormously overpriced! The Clientele? I try not to be prejudice but you get the low-life of South Florida and Miami here! I will not set foot back in this place ever again! I'd rather go to Nevada where the casinos are in competition and they are not the only casino in town! If this place runs the Guitar Casino where the Mirage is, I will not step foot in the place! 90 percent of the video poker machines are class 2 machines. All the good payback machine are second class. The machines look like regular igt. You can use the pay table to figure out your return. Class 2 software uses a bingo outcomes and relates to the cards on screen. They can set the holdback percentage where they want to and like a regular slot machine. If you play a lot of video poker your coins in and out will show you over time your return. There standish casino is near 100% class 2 video poker. Not recommened for pro and semi pro players. The reason they switched to these class 2 machines. 1) They hate people who can win. I have lived here for over 25 years. It has never been as bad for video poker at Tampa Hard Rock as it is now. They don't even give me free play anymore unless I play slots. This casino is poison for the video poker player. sq33756
