Silver Legacy has gone from a Caesars exception to a norm. It is now $20 a point for full pay and even most other video poker. Card program has gone from maybe the best in the industry to average at best. Do not have space to list all the downgrades over the last few years, a pace that has accelerated. The Row is maybe the best facility for Caesars. It is also among the worst managed. Promos and tournaments are cancelled the day of event. Info about events is impossible to get before the event. A shame that such a great facility is so poorly run. 194952
Very unprofessional and disregard for common courtesy. They would not screen check my niece's ID. They took it. She just got it from dmv. They wetter overly rude. Like nazi's Smesserson
Not where you want to go to play VP in Atlantic City Very little VP at all. What is there is old, not maintained and has terrible pay tables. The most frustrating thing about playing there is a very basic problem. Almost all of the slant tops have halagon spotlights directly over them, in many cases the glare make them unplayable or at the minimum very tiring and uncomfortable. After an hour of fighting glare, TITO's not working, bad card readers, sticky buttons and filthy machines I went to the Borgata, they know how to do VP right. joedee983
I have lived here for over 25 years. It has never been as bad for video poker at Tampa Hard Rock as it is now. They don't even give me free play anymore unless I play slots. This casino is poison for the video poker player. sq33756
I play the poker machine at the bar and have had great luck there. 25 cents or 50cents are the best. Going back today to win big. Peterw
