Many of the multiplays listed only reflect the paytables for the higher denominations on multidenominational games. For example on the 50plays, Super DB pays 8/5 for nickles and 9/5 for dimes or higher. On the ten plays you have to go to quarters for NSUD or else you get ugly deuces. On 50 plays again you get 9/6 DB for nickles and 9/7 for higher. There were other examples but I didn't write them down and the database to track them all would be enormous. I would just caution all to check the paytables for any multigame before playing.

Atlantis and Peppermill slot clubs are both "don't ask don't tell" so, you never know but, roughly, atlantis comps about 1% and peppermill comps about 0.5%. atlantis banks comp about a year, peppermill likes to arbitrarily erase them, especially if you win or play 99%+ machines (the machines with the strictly slots magazine "certified loose" stickers). On banked comp at peppermill, they always use your last earned comp, meaning you probably will never get to used first earned comp before it is expired on you.

Near the food court bar is a large bank of quarter TDB progressive uprights with reset of: 1-1-2-4-6-9-50-50-160-160-400-800-800.

Peppermill: After I post a correction for the high-limit 10/6 DDB being on every other machine in the bank of 6 slant tops, now of course it's been changed so that all 6 of the $1/$2/$5 slant tops have 10/6 DDB.

There are no $.05/$.10 FPDW on the slant tops near the Oceano door. Despite a report claiming there were. I examined two banks of MG/MD machines that have the "Extreme Jackpot" glass on them, one a bank of 8 slant tops near the Fireside Lounge and Fish Bar, and the other bank of 6 slant tops by the blue keno lounge near the Steak House. These banks of machines have the 10/6/40 DDB game on them, progessive at the $1 level, but also at $.25 and $.50 without progressive. The bank near the blue keno lounge may or may not also be the one listed in the database as being near the Sportsbook (the keno lounges are near the Sportsbook). These two banks of machines include several games that should be listed in the database: As noted, $.25/$.50/$1 10/6/40 DDB (progressive at $1 level). 99.96% $.25/$.50/$1 16/11 Double Deuces 99.62% $.25/$.50/$1 9/7 TDB 99.58% $.25/$.50/$1 NSUD 99.73% I think they also had 9/6 JoB, but that's so ubiquitous in the casino that I don't notice it on specific - location and game details are unknown. There's also a bank of slant tops near the Fireside Lounge and Fish Bar that have $.25 Bonus Poker with a progressive on the royal, and 50000 coin sequential royal. This game is 99.63% at reset. All machines at the Peppermill are TITO, so it needn't be listed as a specific note for some machines in the database. In the NSUD section, it should be noted that the two banks of MG/MD slant tops near the Oceano doors have $1 25 coin NSUD, and one of those banks has $.25 25 coin NSUD (the other bank has the 10 coin FPDW at $.25). Also - the $.05 10/7 DB Progressives by the rainbow bar are 10 coin machines, and the 10/6 DDB is not on all 6 slant tops in the high-limit area, it's on every other one (3 of the 6 $1/$2/$5 MG/MD slant tops).

The NSUD: (4) 25c PROG (3 ways with 3% meter) near the sports book are MIA. A greedy "LA Team" moved in and killed them.

I could not find pick `em machines the database says are near the Blue Reno. We got down to the Qube bar where we play the most, 9 6 job in 25c and $1.00 and NSUD, double bonus is only 9/7, don't think there is any 10/7 left in the Casino. The machines had Bonus Poker at 99.1660, Bonus Poker Deluxe at 99.6417, Double Bonus Poker at 99.1065. Did find Spin Poker behind the Qube bar towards the buffet with, to the best of my knowledge and belief, 9/6 JOB and NSUD down to the penny level up to $1.00 I think.

The quarter NSUD 3-way progressive is 4 slant-top machines near the Sportsbook and steak house. Near that same area are 6 slant-top dollar full-pay 10/6/40 double double bonus with royal progressive. Other quarter deuces progressives in the casino are 16/13 short-pay. There are progressives spread all over the casino, most are junk, some are worth a look.

In the database, there's a listing for $.05 progressive 10/7 DB. There are 3 MG/MD uprights near the rainbow bar (upstairs) with $.05 10 coin 10/7 DB progressive. This is a nice play for very low rollers or someone who wants to practice 10/7 DB w/o putting much at risk. I stumbled across some 9/6 BP Dlx, not being familiar with the game I just made a note of the paytable to check later to see what it returned. It's a 99.64% game, so should probably be in the database. Unfortunately I didn't note denomination or location. In the Super Times Pay machines I found (Multi denom, $.01-$10, triple to 10 play), they had 9/6 JoB, 10/6 DB, 9/6 DDB, Airport Deuces.

All (12) of the FPDW machines are still at the Peppermill. There are 6 slant top multi-game/multi-dom machines at the entrance near Oceano with FPDW. The confusion might be that there are two banks of 6 machines; once has 25 coin NSUD in quarters and the other has 10 coin FPDW in quarters, but all the machines in each bank are the same. The ones in the alcove by the Fishbar are still alive and well too.

The Peppermill Reno inventory lists as MIA 4 $1 10 coin 9/6 JoB progressive with $9400 reset. Those machines are not MIA, and are still there (they may have been shut down or changed briefly in December). In fact there are a lot more than the original 4 machines, I think at least 10 (if I recall correctly 6 uprights and 4 slant tops) now all located in the alcove near the fish bar. The database lists $5 10/6 DDB progressive at the bar in the high-limit area, this game does not exist. Perhaps it did at one time, but I've not seen a game of this sort there in over a year. The only $5 progressive in the bar is the JoB. There are tons of metered games throughout the casinos with decent meter rates on games like 8/5 BP and 9/6 DDB and Ugly Ducks (1/2/3/4/4/9/15/25) where the meters get into the well positive range, I don't know if you care to list games of this type in the database, but there are lots of good play opportunities at any given time in the $.25 and $1 limits, and above as well. A note on the marketing/discretionary comps - it sounds like the person who wrote the note had a bad experience at the Peppermill, but their story is inconsistent with my experience. I've played nothing ever but positive plays at the Peppermill (some plays are progressives that are not positive at reset, but have always been positive when I've played them), and my bounceback, comps, and general treatment from the casino and my host have been constantly improving over time. Perhaps that will change at some point, but I'm really living on the good graces of the casino anyway if they are willing to offer me positive plays and throw other goodies my way because I choose to take advantage of them. Perhaps the person with the comments had a personal axe to grind, or perhaps there is a real problem there. If you play in the high-limit area, for instance, it's hard to play a machine that's not "certified loose", and while the place does have bad plays at lower denominations, the casino doesn't seem to be in the constant "downgrade the pay tables" mode that many casinos seem to have fallen into lately. They've been adding new plays, not the least of which is the recent addition of the $.25 10 coin FPDW. I don't know if you care about very high-limit machines in the database, but: In the high-limit slot section, there is a $25 3 coin 9/6 JoB progressive, and a $10 NSUD progressive. 9/6 JoB can be found in the high-limit area on machine with $1/$2/$5/$10/$25 denomination, including 3/5 play machines in $1/$2/$5/$10 at the bar (only one machine has the $10 denomination available). There's NSUD on the 3/5 play machines at the bar in $1/$2/$5 denominations. Further clarification on the $1 10 coin JoB progressives, there are 6 uprights with the game, the meter resets at $9400, but short coining no longer gives full 4700 or even 4000 royal at 5 coins, short coin play gives 300x coin in for the royal. There are 5 slant top MG/MD machines that also share the $1 10 coin JoB progressive game, so there are a total of 11 machines that participate in that progressive.

The cabaret bar (aka "the wierdo magnet") has .25 10 coin 9/6 JoB w/ progs on 4oK and up. Upgraded from the 5 coin 8/5 Job progs. For the low roller, these games also have 5-2 blackjack even at the .05 level!

I can confirm the existence of all of the FPDW at the Pepp. They are MG/MD 25c 10 coin fast machines. I hit the ducks and walked away with a nice profit. Hit these folks while they still are around. Nobody was playing these when I was there on Tuesday - fat city. I also found 25c JOB in the spinpokers between the table games and the fancy restroom in the back.

The Pepp also has 90 and 180 coin 1,2,5,25,50 cent spin and spin deluxe with NSUD and 6/9 JOB on them. Both banks of FPDW are quarter 10-coin machines that are full pay with 5 or more coins.
