Confirmed 10/7 DB, FPDW and 9/6 Jacks. Generally speaking, if a machine has 9/6 Jacks, the rest of that bank will have it. If it has short-pay, the entire bank is short-pay. Found one 9/6 bank that pays 2500 coins for the Royal. Confirmed 9/6 Jacks quarter sequential Royal bank. There are around 25-30 quarter machines with 9/6 Jacks at Palms.
