The new "wing" at Viejas is open. My first impression is that it is mostly for high rollers. There is a pit with limits about the same as the other pits. And there are some low denom. slots, including a big carousel-style 1-cent Wheel of Fortune. The VP is pretty much $2 and up. I saw mostly 99%+ games for $2 and up, including a couple of 50-cent 100-play machines. The best game I saw was Triple Bonus Plus (99.8%). There's a nice bar with the same 99% games available on one side and no machines on the other side. The style of the whole area is a little swankier than the rest of the casino. One nice feature are the large, mostly colored, windows featuring the pastoral surroundings of the reservation.

Future expansion planned. Most stand-alone mgmd GKs (multi-denom. IGT gameKings) have 9/6 JB with .2% cb ($5 coin-in per pt), but it now takes $10 to earn a point on many of the lower denomination better games. Tthe 3/5 plays and the (2) Multi-strikes are set at .1% cb ($10/pt). (and possibly the high denom $1+ machines). Live poker continues to have daily morning AND evening tournaments and drawing bonuses (I won $250 for the first time, just for being a tournament player who stayed afterward to play in live games!). Free dinner weekend buffet for any 2 hours live during the week. Check their website for current info. (under poker calendar/promotions). Viejas sends me $10 voucher after any 10 visits in a month. Free swipe promotions usually are 1 in 3 to 1 in 4 as winners ($5 minimum to larger prizes).

On their better pay games they give .1% in points that can be used for merchandise, comps, or with a coupon they mail to you, cashed in for certain amounts. The data base shows .2%. Their premium card, which start at about $1.2 million coin in over 6 months, gives you .2%. They also give about .1% in outside comps such as concerts, sports events, amusement park tickets, etc., but you have to ask your host for them.

I put $250,000 coin total through in 2 sessions and asked if I qualified for their lower premium tier. They said I had 1100 Theo and I need 6000 theo in 6 months and 10000 theo for their higher level. They have higher qualifications than I can handle. I was playing 50 cent 100 play, which is easy to get big coin in.

Unfortunately, these finally are gone. Most or ALL of the Multigames that had .02c - .25c NSUD and Triple Bonus Plus now only have 9/6 JB as the best game available. They finally have downgraded MOST of the low denom machines. (.02-.05-.10-.25). While ADDING more multigames (.02c-.05-.10), most of these only have 9/6 JB as the best option. NSUD - formerly fullpay is now the 20-12 version (cuts on Wild RF and 5k). Triple Bonus plus (9/5 version , sf 100-1) is NO LONGER AVAILABLE. Those games may be found in some $1 and higher machines. ONLY gems left: Some fullpay 3/5 plays exist outside of VIP area for $1-$2. The (5) low roller ones in Bingo hall may not last for long. (anyhow- they only give .1% slot pts vs .2% on most other games).

I sat down at one of the good multi-multi machines downstairs today and couldn't find the "Triple Bonus Plus" on the menu. Then I noticed the denominations were only $.02, $.05, and $.10. Then I check Deuces Wild and the NSUD had become NSUCKS: 15/9 instead of 16/10. The only game that was full pay was 9/6 JOB. I didn't check all 12 machines but I'm pretty sure they were all changed. The two upstairs and the ones at the bar haven't been touched (yet).

There should be 99.92 JW2P on the .50/$1 100-play at Viejas. There's also an 8-5 BP 3-way progressive with good meters for dollars.

There are six 5c/25c/50c/$1 MG/MD bartops at the Mezz Deli Bar with NSUD, 9/6 JoB, and 8/5 BP.

Viejas – Tons of "full pay" VP here, although the machines are laid out in a very disorganized fashion. I did not find any 100%+ machines but found all the ones listed in the database. To add to this, the VIP room has a 100 play 50c/$1 machine with 99.94% Super Aces, NSUD, and 9/6 JOB. It also has MD MG with NSUD and 9/6 JoB at the $2/$5/$10 level – I do not know the pay scales for TDB and SDB but these games were also there, so probably they were full pay too (on both the 100 play and the MG MD single play machines).
