The rate to redeem points at all food outlets at all Boyd properties is now 1000 points per dollar. Previously the rate was 600 points per dollar, a 40% discount.

They have (3) $5 machines in high limit which have 8/5 BP, 9/6 JoB, 9/7 DB, 15/9 DW44, but they are NOT progressive. Upstairs they have 8/5 BP, 9/6 DDB at the $0.25 and $1 levels. I did not see any 16/10 NSUD.

All DDW is gone. The 4th level of the casino is now all video poker, mostly multi-denomination, multi-game machines. The best payback I could find on any quarter game was 98.91% DW and 99.11% DB. No progressive VP of any kind. Also lots of Spin Poker, Super Times Pay and Multi-Strike with poor payback.

I was there about 2 years ago. Their standard rooms are like a Motel 6 room. Clean and adequate. I ate at the steakhouse. Meal was excellent.

Made a trip to Par A Dice in Peoria Illinois yesterday and noticed they now have some $5 Game Kings which include 9/6 Jacks or Better. There are 4 or 5 of them, on the second floor along the wall directly accross from entrance. They are out of my price range but thought someone might be interested.

Par-A-Dice has plenty of the Illinois deuces (98.91%).
