The most recent information I have on point accrual is from mid-2016. The 9/6 JOB in the high limit area accrued at a rate of about 0.0553% (about $18.08 coin in per point). The crappy JOB and BP at the bars accrued at the rate of 0.1% ($10 coin in per point).

Mail has improved modestly in the past few months, but it's still pretty feeble. At least now the free play is broken into just two installments per month. It was more than two for a while. If they still want $20,000 coin in for every night you stay in the hotel, it's going to be real hard to get much return from play at the Nugget.
