They've added single-0 video roulette which is one of the better games available. Things have been pretty static. The new facility, should be open in the summer of 2008.

A 1-dollar, 2-dollar, 5-dollar bank has been added in the food court. Same crappy paytables. $5 video blackjack paying 3/2 has been added. Six decks, dealer hits soft 17, no re-splitting Aces, double on anything, and (sorry) I forget what the DAS rules are. No matter; I figure the basic strategy player has about a 1.5% disadvantage. Construction has begun on the permanent facility.

It's more attractive than I expected, but still looks and feels like the temporary racino it's supposed to be. A "real" casino in a new, separate building is being advertised with a mid-2008 opening, but construction hasn't started yet. The tax rate in Pennsylvania is high; I don't know the exact figure, but it's somewhere around 60%. Accordingly, the paytables are terrible.
