The Red Lion Casino Hotel in Elko Nevada is now the Maverick Casino & Hotel Elko.

Maverick Gaming has completed the purchase of the Red Lion Casino, Gold Country Casino and High Desert Inn in Elko Nevada. The company also owns the Wendover Nugget and Red Garter in Wendover.
