Effective 2/1/18 Reward Credits can be converted to free play at the same rate for all card levels - 200 Reward Credits = $1 Free Play (0.05%)

Previously Diamond and Seven Stars card holders got a more favorable rate -
125 Reward Credits = $1 Free Play for Seven Stars (0.08%)
175 Reward Credits = $1 Free Play for Diamond (0.06%)

Effective April 1, 2013 Reward Credits at all Caesars Ent. properties can be redeemed for free play at these new rates:
Seven Stars - 125 Reward Credits = $1 Free Play
Diamond - 175 Reward Credits = $1 Free Play
Platinum and Gold - 200 Reward Credits = $1 Free Play

Beginning 4/1/12 at all Caesars Ent. properties, Reward Credits can be redeemed for free play but at twice the rate for comps. For example, 100 Reward Credits = $1 comps or 50c free play.

I did a walk through at Imperial Palace tonight. It looks like generations of video poker players are going to have to pay for the early December fiasco. All the $1 NSUD have been removed. One machine had $1 10/7 DB in error but that too has been removed.
