There are (16) 25c 9-6 DDB near the bar with the Jaws Great White Shark on top. They are comped at same rate as playiny 25c slots.

*** MIA - *** 25c/50c 10/6/40 DDB. (3) 25c 9/6 JoB slant-tops. (2) $1 9/6 JoB bartops @ bar by hotel. (4) $1 (3 Play) 9/6 JoB uprights in back corner.

The 9/6 JOB has been MIA for at least 6 months as has the 10/6 DDB. Best game is the 8/5 JOB progressive.

Walked thru here on my last trip. The old $1 9/6 JOB uprights have been replaced by new slant-tops ... and down graded to 8/5. Hollywood is now a VP wasteland. Only saw three of the .25c 9/6 JOB.

Hollywood has cut cashback on all its VP by raising countdowns across the board, except on the progressives, which had been higher than the standard quarter games for a while. Now all quarters have 140 countdowns. The best CB is on 50c/$1/$5 games; all have $30 countdowns, which is 0.5% for Marquee players. Penny countdowns are up to 4000. There is no game/CB combo now that exceeds 100%, although the triple play dollars still make 99.98%.

Only 3 - .25 9/6 JoB left but they still have 3/5 play in high roller area.

We also spent several days at the Hollywood in Tunica (twice, both traveling to Biloxi and returning from). The VPFree database is pretty well correct on this one. The buffet here is not much but free with a little play. They did give us a couple trips to their upscale restaurant, The Fairbanks, and it was excellent in both service and food.

Hollywood still has only 3 JoB-9/6 uprights (quarters), still in the same place; the bars still have JoB-8/5 progressives.

This is where I stayed over the weekend. IMHO, they are starting to slip. The service and food at both the buffet and Hollywood Diner were less than memorable. Fairbanks is still OUTSTANDING. The 5 - $1.00 9/6 JOB uprights are getting old. 2 of the machines had bill collectors not working. Another machine kept getting "Coin-In Time Out" errors. They only have 3 of the 0.25 9/6 JOB left.br>

Cashback: Less than a dollar is 0.33%. Dollar is .4%. Triple play dollar is 0.5%. These are all increased by 50% if you are Marquee level which would make Cashback 0.5%, 0.6% and 0.75%.

Hollywood: 3 of the .25 9/6 JOB have been removed. 3 still remain. They were replaced by their standard 8/5 DDB (96.7%). They do have some 7/5 Bonus Poker (98.0%). The 5 $1.00 9/6 JOB, 2 - $1.00 3/5 JOB and 2 - $5.00 3/5 JOB remain. The 3 - $1.00 multi games at the Box Office Bar have 8/5 JOB....I think someone reported that they had 9/6.

It now takes 900 points to obtain Marquee level. Once at Marquee, you must put through another 900 points within 6 months to maintain Marquee status, otherwise you revert back to Screen Test. Our Host at Hollywood: Heather Goff.

Room comps (if given from a host) count against your comp account if you don't have Directors Club status. If you use the mailer coupons they send out, the rooms do NOT count against your comp account.

When I played quite a bit in March I got $35 in bounceback cash twice a month and several good coupons for Fairbanks. During the last 6 months when I played almost nada I have been getting $25 twice a month and $20 for the diner/buffet. That must be the basic amount.
