EBH has instituted a new tiered player's club system. There are three levels: red, platinum and black. Tier points required to reach each level (and benefits) can be downloaded
here. However, what it takes to earn a tier point has not yet been publicly announced. The new tiered system is planned to spread to both Wynn Las Vegas properties (Wynn and Encore)

Of the 3000+ machines, only a fraction are VP-- though there are plenty. Generally the VP is located around the perimeter of the main casino floor (first floor) and at the central bar. Small high limit area (3 VP machines) on second floor. Best game
