The Eldorado Reno players club has transitioned to Caesars Rewards.

Casino hosts at Eldorado Reno, Silver Legacy and Circus Circus Reno now assist customers at all three casinos.

My wife and I are both Seven Star and every and I mean every time we try and use our benefits we get overcharged or just plain stolen from. I mean every time. Try Celebration Dinners, Seven Star trips or just plain using comps points. Every occasion has resulted in over charges. Do not trust them. Double check you points after every use."

Eldorado Resorts has completed the acquisition of Caesars Entertainment. The new company name is Caesars Entertainment Corp.

From a video poker player: "Eldorado Reno no longer accrues points as you play that you can redeem for freeplay or cash.You can still accrue comp dollars that can be used for food, etc. but not freeplay. There are no more point multiplier days anymore because there are no points."
