According to their website, the Poker Palace Casino is now Club Fortune North. The original Club Fortune is now Club Fortune Henderson. Also all Truckee Gaming casinos now use their Real Times Rewards players clubs.

Poker Palace Casino has closed. It will reopen next year when new owner Truckee Gaming LLC has completed renovations.

Truckee Gaming LLC is in the process of buying the Poker Palace in North Las Vegas. They plan on closing the casino early in October, remodeling it then reopening in early 2026. Truckee Gaming already owns club Fortune in Henderson and some small casinos in northern Nevada.
