They are in the process of downgrading $1 DDB to 9/5. So far they have left $2 & $5 DDB at 9/6 on the MGMD machines that I checked.

The $1 DDB Progressive banks are still 9/6. All the MGMD $1 DDB that I checked have been reduced to 9/5.

No 99% or higher games at Harrah's Joliet.

All 1$ and higher Games have been downgraded. So in the database: There are no more 8/5/60 SA (99.9) anywhere. All are now 7/5/60 SA (98.8516). Ther are no more NSUD (99.7) anywhere. All are now 15/9/4/4 IL Dueces (98.9131). There are no more 9/5 SDB (99.7) anywhere. All are now 8/5 SDB (98.69). There are no more 9/7 TDB (99.6) anywhere. All are now 9/6 TDB (98.15). There are no more 9/5/80 WHA (99.6) anywhere. All are now 8/5/80 WHA (98.50). There are no more 9/6 JoB ( 99.5) anywhere. All are now 9/5 Job (98.45). They decimated all the 99+% games except for 8/5 bonus (99.17) and 9/7 DB ( 99.11). I will get an exact count of all machines in the high-limit and Video Poker Room within one week. A lot of machines were shut down in the video poker room. I believe to down grade the paytables. Once again another Harrahs becomes a video poker wasteland.

Things are looking down at Harrahs Joliet. Several of the 3, 5, and 10 play machines have been downgraded. It appears each week they are shutting a few machines down and changing paytables. Super Aces is now 7-5 on many machines for example, NSUD, and full pay JB appear on the way out as well.

Visited Harrah's Joliet last week. All the machines mentioned in the database were still there. In addition, in the Video Poker world, they have a row of at least 6 multiline (3,5) $1 machines with NSUD. ALso , they have added Spin Poker Deluxe machines with $1 NSUD in the high-limit and video poker world areas.

to 4000) Base Reward Credits in the year to get Platinum status and 10,000 to get Diamond status. Comps don't expire for 6 months, and are banked indefinitely as long as one point is earned every 6 months. Also, comp points can be used at any Harrah's property. Most Marketing offers aren't deducted from your Reward Credit balance. Hosts can over-ride the new Rewards Program to take care of "good" players. Hosts can't give discretionary comps until all reward credits are used up.

At Harrah's Joliet a single $1 3/5/10 play Super Times Pay game has 9-6 jacks. This game is in high-limit. The same machine has 9-6 DDB and 10-6-5 DB. I had never seen the latter pay table before.

Harrah's Joliet now also has a $5 admission charge. (This charge does not apply to Diamond members and one guest of a Diamond member). Bonus credits @ Harrah's Joliet accumulate at 1/4th or 1/5th of base credits. BAD BAD BAD. Bounceback on the new "MORE" system is difficult to figure out and varies from bank to bank but is probably not very good. 25c Multi-Strike has 7-5 super aces 25c three, five, ten play and Spin Poker have 9-6 DDB and Illinois deuces (98.913%) The 25c DDB progressive has been reduced from 9-5 to 8-5. Single line 25c DDB is 9-5.

1 Base Reward Credit is earned for every $5 coin-in on reel slot machines ($10 video poker), and Bonus Reward Credits are awarded based on the type of machine played. On average you get 2 Bonus Credits and 1 Base Credit for every $10 of VP coin-in (probably fewer Bonus Credits for positive VP machines). It takes 3,000 (increased

Diamond Lounges now require Photo ID to get in and usually you can only take 1 guest. Be sure to have your Diamond/Platinum cards to avoid lines for buffets (find one on the floor if you don't have a card so you can avoid long lines).
