Effective September 20, 2011 the rules of the Wynn/Encore slot club have changed.

New: $15 Coin-In = 1 Point on machines with 9/6 JoB.
Free Play: 100 Points = $1 (0.067%)
$6 Coin-In = 1 Point on all other video poker.
Free Play: 100 Points = $1 (0.167%)

Old: Machines with 9/6 JoB earn zero points.
$9 Coin-In = 1 Point on all other video poker
Free Play: 50 Points = $1 (0.222%)

Locals and visitors now get one buffet for each 1500 points earned (after the initial free buffets for new sign-ups). Used to be 750 points.

As of May 15th, 2011 some machines with $5 and higher 9/6 JoB have returned but they are ineligible for earning points or redeeming free play.

It appears that as of 5/3/11 all the 9/6 JoB have now been removed from Encore Las Vegas. No more 9/6 JoB in any denomination in single-line or multiline, inside the high limit room or out on the casino floor.
