Estimates are that Ballys is .23 % and Caesars is about .1-.15%. There is great fluctuation at Caesars. At times I've only received about .05% which is why I will not play there anymore. Perhaps Caesars raises its BB % based upon coin-in. Ballys has a more constant rate. Also Ballys datapage lists BBC of .1% good for a year if you earn 4500RC/month. In fact this is not bounceback but is bonus cash redeemable on certain specific days and in some cases is good for 2x/month therefore raising the %.
