The property is undergoing major renovations as part of the transition to Caesars New Orleans. About 1/4 of the casino is walled off for construction. All the VP machines that were between the steakhouse and the poker room have been moved to the area between Masquerade and high limit slots. The best machines are still located between high limit and the Signature bar but there are now only 5 machines with 3/5/10 play 15/9 DW44 The bar next to the poker room is gone and the only bar currently open is the new sports book bar which does not have any good vp on the 14 machines

Total Reward bonus credits in Harrahs New Orleans were very bad. I got 0 bonus after playing $1 VP with 2000 Base points and eventually got just a little (playing DDB). With Triple Play/Five Play $1 NSU got 0 bonus points! Even on $5 reels I only got about 1:1 base to bonus.
